RESERVATIONS

• Dress to impress! •

For parties of 5 or more, we kindly ask that you notify us of any reservation changes at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or a no-show, a fee of $15.00 per person will be charged to the credit card provided on file.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

DRESS CODE

VENTANAS is an upscale vibe dining restaurant and lounge. We kindly ask our guests to adhere to VENTANAS’ dress code:
NO Athletic Wear
NO Sweatsuits
NO Hoodies
NO Plain Tees
NO Sports Caps
NO Work Boots
NO Uggs
NO Athletic Sneakers
NO Flip-Flops/Slides
NO Loose Fitting or Torn Clothing Attire

We strongly encourage collared shirts and pants, elegant attire, and no excessively revealing clothing.

Admittance is at the discretion of management, who reserves the right to refuse service to patrons who do not meet the VENTANAS dress code standards.

DINING GUIDELINES

To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, there is a 90-minute dining limit per reservation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing everyone the opportunity to enjoy our restaurant. Thank you for your patronage.
While we consider special requests, no outside food or beverage is permitted in the restaurant without prior authorization.
Please note the last seating for guests with children dining under the age of 16, on Saturdays, will be no later than 10 pm.
21 and older after 10 pm: Only guests aged 21 and older can enter after 10 pm on all Fridays and Saturdays.
Please notify your server of any allergies. Not all ingredients are listed on the menu, and while we can accommodate many dietary requests, we cannot always guarantee no cross-contamination.
If a significant amount of time has passed, we may ask to accommodate your party at the bar out of consideration for other waiting guests. We typically will never make this request short of 90 minutes after you are seated.
