CLAUDIA ALMEIDA
Claudia Almeida has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and the events & hospitality industry. She has diverse event experience ranging from large format venue management to small boutique events to high visibility large-scale events. Her client-focused approach allows Claudia to define and adhere to budget requirements and successfully plan, design, and direct business, social, and private events within time limits and on budget.
She is a strong business communicator focused on forging relationships, promoting synergy across business lines, and esteeming clients to drive positive change and enhance profitability.
As an event’s consultant at Ventanas Restaurant & Lounge, she brings a breadth of experience to the team and their customers. She thrives and excels in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and customer-centric environment. She brings extensive experience in planning, executing, and coordinating all sizes of events with her custom flare each affair.
Before joining Ventanas, she worked at the prestigious New York Yacht Club, running private- club and social events. At the Vitamin Shoppe corporate office, she spearheaded, for ten years, all events and tradeshows with a strong focus on marketing & project leadership. Claudia previously ran the marketing and events at several hotels overseas, including Delta Hotels & Resorts in Havana, Cuba.
Claudia received her Bachelor’s degree in Modern Languages and Business Management in Montreal, Quebec,and a Master’s Degree in Travel & Tourism Business Management from New York University. She is multilinguistic, mastering her language skills, working and traveling throughout Europe and Caribbean Islands. Claudia is fluent in Spanish, French, and Italian.
