Executive Chef George H. Jung brings a refined, disciplined, and globally informed culinary perspective to VENTANAS. Trained at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Chef Jung has built his career inside some of New York’s most demanding culinary environments, including Electric Lemon at Equinox Hotel, Ai Fiori, Locanda Verde, and Impero Caffè by Scott Conant.
His experience spans Michelin-level kitchen standards, upscale hotel dining, high-volume private events, professional sports team meal programs, seasonal menu development, and full culinary operations. At VENTANAS, Chef Jung leads the kitchen with a focus on precision, creativity, and bold flavor, helping shape the restaurant’s new direction as a Latin x Asian Experience.
