While the hours are long and the job demanding, Victor Corredor tells his friends that he feels fortunate. Why? Because he loves his work. Indeed, the hospitality business is in his blood, literally. Victor’s dad also made a successful lifetime career in the restaurant industry. 

Victor started hospitality as a server when he was a teen. His desire to learn more and grow led him to his current management position. As Floor Manager, Victor is responsible for all the ordering and purchasing of wines, beers, and distilled spirits at VENTANAS. He works in tandem with the lead mixologist and the management team to provide an exciting beverage program that complements the award-winning, world-class dining experience. 

Victor is especially enthused about the new special events program with a wide range of extravagant events like an exotic Arabian Night with performers from Cirque du Soleil to hilarious comedy shows. For each special night, Victor and his team concoct an exciting beverage program reflecting the theme, such as Havana Nights, where Mojitos were the signature cocktail. Expect the cocktails and wine program, with a Wine Spectator Award of Excellence wine list, to push the boundaries, lending to the exciting vibe dining experience.
